Customer Service Policies

Ordering Policy 

A $10.00 processing fee will be added to any order that is less than $25.00. All orders shipped to a Florida address require us to add 7% Florida sales tax unless proof of a current tax exempt form is provided at the time of purchase. 

Pricing Policy 

All pricing is subject to change. DLP-Pressrite, Inc. holds the right to make pricing changes due to changes in market conditions, errors in advertisements, or other extenuating circumstances.  

Return Policy 

          DLP-Pressrite, Inc. will accept returned items for up to 60 days after the ship date. Customers wishing to return items will be held responsible for all shipping charges back to DLP-Pressrite, Inc. and a 25% inspection/handling/re-stocking fee will be added. All items returned will be inspected for damage and refunds will be given within 24hrs after the item/items have been inspected for damage. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the payment was received. Please include the name, address, invoice number, and a brief description of the reason for the return.  

Order Cancellation Policy 

            Once orders have been prepared or shipped the customer will be held responsible for our return policy.
